NOWAVE cares about protecting your data. This page explains what data is collected, why, who it is shared with, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

The data controller is NOWAVE (full details in the Legal notice). For any question: hello@nowave.agency.

Data collected

NOWAVE only collects the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form: your first and last name, your email address, where applicable your organisation or social handle, and the content of your message.

No sensitive data is requested, and the site builds no advertising profile.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to reply to your request and discuss a potential project. The legal basis is NOWAVE's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, as well as pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Recipients and processors

Your data is handled by the NOWAVE team. It passes through technical providers acting as processors, which do not use it for their own purposes:

  • Resend — sending and delivering emails;
  • Vercel — website hosting;
  • Neon — database;
  • Cloudflare — media file storage.

Retention period

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and follow up on the relationship, then archived or deleted at the latest 3 years after the last exchange.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

It relies on Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool: data is aggregated and anonymized (page views, referrer, country, device type) and cannot identify you or track you across sites. No prior consent is therefore required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email hello@nowave.agency.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, if you believe your data is not being processed in compliance.
