NOWAVE's six disciplines are complementary: Representation, Brand Partnerships, Creative & Campaign Development, Strategy & Advisory, Production, and Experiences & Activations. Together they let the agency support a project from framing to execution.

  • Is NOWAVE an influencer agency?

NOWAVE does not define itself as a generalist influencer agency, but as a representation agency and a strategic and creative partner. Influence can be part of a campaign, but it does not sum up the method. NOWAVE works on the coherence between the artist, the message, the format, the production, the distribution and the brand's goals. The point is not just to buy visibility, but to build a credible and useful collaboration.

  • Where is NOWAVE based?

NOWAVE is based in the Paris area and works with artists and partners in France and beyond. The NOWAVE team is based in the Paris region. Depending on needs, the agency works with artists, brands, media, studios and providers located in different cities, and can consider campaigns aimed at several markets.

  • Does NOWAVE work internationally?

Yes, NOWAVE can consider collaborations and campaigns aimed at France as well as other markets. NOWAVE is rooted in French-speaking culture but does not limit its projects to the French market. International feasibility depends on the artist, the distribution territories, the rights, the language, the timeline and the project's production capacity.

  • What results can NOWAVE show?

Since 2024, NOWAVE reports having delivered more than 100 campaigns and supported more than 50 brands. The consolidated figures shown by NOWAVE indicate more than 100 campaigns and over 50 brands supported since 2024. • What does NOWAVE do for brands?

NOWAVE helps brands build partnerships and campaigns with artists, from strategy to activation. NOWAVE can work on strategic framing, the creative idea, artist selection, negotiation, production, distribution and activation. The scope is tailored to the need: a targeted collaboration, a full campaign, an editorial setup, social content or a real-world experience.

  • Does NOWAVE work with media and agencies?

Yes, NOWAVE can work directly with a brand, a media outlet, an agency or another organization. NOWAVE can be engaged by an advertiser, a media outlet, a creative agency, a media agency, an institution or a producer. The agency then defines its role with the other parties to avoid overlap and to clarify responsibilities, approvals, rights and deliverables.

  • How do you choose the right artist for a campaign?

The right artist is chosen based on the goal, the audience, cultural credibility, the format and a genuine affinity with the brand. NOWAVE does not recommend an artist based on follower count alone. The team looks at the campaign goal, the target audience, the artist's world, their creative language, their formats, their availability, exclusivity constraints and the long-term coherence of the partnership.

  • Can we work with a NOWAVE artist for a single post?

Yes, if the format, budget and partnership make sense for both the artist and the brand. A collaboration can take the form of a one-off piece of content or activation. NOWAVE still checks that the proposal is credible, that the artist's role is clear, and that the rights requested match the budget and the actual use of the content.

  • Does NOWAVE build long-term partnerships?

Yes, NOWAVE favors coherent long-term partnerships when they create more value than a one-off appearance. A long partnership can develop a story, several formats and more natural recognition from the audience. It is not always preferable: NOWAVE recommends it only when the brand, the artist, the timeline and the goals justify that continuity.

  • Which sectors can work with NOWAVE?

NOWAVE considers projects from brands, media and organizations across a range of sectors when the collaboration fits an artist or an area of the agency's expertise. The agency has experience at the crossroads of culture, entertainment, media, sport, beauty, fashion, technology and digital habits. Each project is assessed on its subject, its commitments, its constraints and its compatibility with the artist involved.

  • Can NOWAVE propose several artists for the same brief?

Yes, NOWAVE can build a recommendation with one or several artists when the brief calls for a collective approach. Depending on the goal, NOWAVE can recommend a single artist, several complementary profiles or a broader setup. Each proposal explains the role of each artist, their relevance, the formats considered and how the whole serves the campaign.

  • What is advisory at NOWAVE?

NOWAVE advisory helps a brand or media outlet make better decisions on its cultural, editorial and creative strategy. NOWAVE steps in as an advisor when the need goes beyond selecting an artist. The agency can help clarify a positioning, define a cultural territory, design a content strategy, structure a campaign or challenge a setup before production.

  • Can NOWAVE build a full campaign?

Yes, NOWAVE can run a campaign from strategy and concept through to production, distribution and activation. The scope can include framing, the creative idea, casting, negotiation, production, the distribution schedule, activations and the review. Exact responsibilities are defined at the start of the project depending on the teams already in place at the client.

  • Can NOWAVE step in before a brief is finalized?

Yes, NOWAVE can help turn a brand intention or challenge into a workable brief. The agency can get involved very early to clarify the goal, the audience, the campaign's cultural role, the deliverables, the channels, the timeline and the budget. This phase reduces inconsistencies before engaging an artist or starting production.

  • Does NOWAVE only work with its own artists?

No, a strategy engagement or a campaign may require artists, creators or partners from outside the NOWAVE roster. NOWAVE represents its artists, but a B2B recommendation must first serve the project's goal. When the right profile or skill sits outside the roster, the agency can propose an open approach, subject to availability and the parties' agreement.

  • What deliverables can an advisory engagement produce?

An engagement can produce a diagnosis, a strategy, a creative territory, a campaign plan, profile recommendations or an activation roadmap. Deliverables are defined by the decision to be made. They can include a context analysis, a positioning, a campaign architecture, concepts, a reasoned casting, a content plan, a schedule, an indicative budget and measurement criteria.

  • How does a campaign with NOWAVE unfold?

A campaign generally goes through framing, recommendation, approvals, contracting, production, distribution and review. NOWAVE starts by qualifying the goal, audience, budget, timeline, deliverables and rights. The agency then builds a recommendation, organizes approvals with the client and the artist, formalizes the agreement, coordinates production, and tracks distribution and the available results.

  • What information does NOWAVE need to study a brief?

A useful brief specifies the goal, the target, the budget, the timeline, the deliverables, the channels, the territories, the rights and any exclusivities. The brief doesn't have to be perfect, but it must make the constraints visible. If some information is missing, NOWAVE can help clarify it before recommending an artist or committing to a creative direction.

  • How long does it take to launch a campaign?

The timeline depends on the concept, the approvals, the rights, artist availability and the level of production. A simple piece of content and a produced campaign do not follow the same schedule. NOWAVE assesses feasibility after receiving the brief and identifies the critical steps: artist agreement, contract, creative, pre-production, shoot, client feedback, publication and any media amplification.

  • Who approves the final creative?

Approval rules are set in the contract between the brand, NOWAVE and the artist. The brand approves what falls under the brief and its obligations. The artist keeps approval over their image, their voice and the coherence of their message. NOWAVE organizes the process to limit misunderstandings and to protect both the campaign goal and the authenticity of the content.

  • Can the content be used in paid advertising?

Yes, if paid media rights are planned, priced and contracted before distribution. Organic use, reposting, whitelisting, dark posting and paid campaigns do not cover the same rights. NOWAVE asks the client to specify the channels, territories, durations and media budgets in order to define appropriate authorization.

  • How does NOWAVE handle sector exclusivity?

Any exclusivity is defined by a sector, a territory and a duration, then built into the negotiation. Exclusivity can limit an artist's future collaborations. It must therefore be precise, proportionate and valued accordingly. NOWAVE checks existing commitments and negotiates the terms with the brand and the artist before signing.

  • What does NOWAVE do for artists?

NOWAVE represents its artists and supports them in their strategy, development, partnerships and professional opportunities. The agency helps each artist clarify their trajectory, select the right opportunities, negotiate their partnerships and coordinate the relevant stakeholders. The support adapts to the artist's project, goals, maturity and existing team.

  • What is an artist representation agency?

A representation agency defends an artist's interests, develops their opportunities and helps them structure their professional trajectory. Its role can include strategy, positioning, outreach, qualifying inbound requests, negotiation, contract coordination and partner follow-up. It replaces neither the artist nor all of their team's expertise: it organizes and speeds up the useful decisions.

  • How does NOWAVE choose the artists it represents?

NOWAVE looks for singular voices, lasting ambition, professional maturity and a collaboration that can work over time. The agency does not select an artist on audience alone. It looks at their world, their creative ability, their goals, their commitment, their relationship to work, how well they complement the team and the concrete value NOWAVE can bring to their trajectory.

  • Do you need a large audience to join NOWAVE?

No, audience size is one signal among others and is not enough to determine whether representation makes sense. An audience can show traction, but NOWAVE also considers singularity, the quality of the formats, the relationship with the audience, growth potential, the maturity of the project and the ability to work over the long term.

  • What types of artists does NOWAVE represent?

NOWAVE represents artists and personalities from varied worlds, notably in content creation, culture, entertainment, sport and media. The roster brings together profiles that are not defined by a single platform. Their worlds can span comedy, film, music, sport, education, documentary, culture or technology. The current list is available on the Artists page.

  • Which platforms are NOWAVE artists on?

NOWAVE artists are notably present on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch, depending on their formats and communities. Not every platform is relevant for every artist. Each profile shows the current channels, the world, the formats and the useful public information. Audience figures should be dated and updated regularly.

  • Does NOWAVE get involved in artists' creative choices?

NOWAVE advises and challenges creative choices when it serves the artist's trajectory, but the artist remains at the center of their work and their voice. The agency can bring perspective, strategy, data, references and coordination. It does not try to make artists uniform. The final decision depends on the subject, the contractual commitments and each party's responsibility.

  • How can an artist apply to NOWAVE?

An artist can present their project via the contact form or at `talents@nowave.agency`. The application should ideally include a short introduction, links to the main platforms, a few representative pieces of content, professional goals and the reasons NOWAVE seems like the right partner. A reply does not imply an offer of representation.

  • Does NOWAVE accept unsolicited applications?

Yes, NOWAVE can review unsolicited applications when the essential information is provided. The agency receives a wide range of projects and cannot guarantee a detailed reply to every application. A clear, concise and directly viewable file lets the team understand the artist's world, traction and needs more quickly.

  • Does NOWAVE handle production?

Yes, NOWAVE can organize and run the production of content and setups tied to a campaign. Depending on the project, the agency can coordinate pre-production, creative and technical teams, the shoot, post-production and deliverables. It adapts the level of production to the concept, the channels, the budget and the timeline.

  • What content can NOWAVE produce?

NOWAVE can produce social content, short films, editorial formats, interviews, photography and campaign assets. The format depends on the idea and the use: content fronted by an artist, a social campaign, a brand film, an editorial series, a recording, photography or advertising variations. The exact deliverables are defined before production.

  • Does NOWAVE have studios and production providers?

NOWAVE relies on a network of studios, creative teams and providers suited to each project's needs. The agency builds the team according to the format, the level of demand and the production location. This model makes it possible to mobilize the right skills without imposing an identical production chain on every campaign.

  • Does production have to be handled by NOWAVE?

No, NOWAVE can produce directly, co-produce or slot into a team already chosen by the client. The right model depends on the project. NOWAVE can run the whole thing, take on part of the production, or work with the client's creative agency and producers. Responsibilities are specified during framing.

  • What is an experience or activation at NOWAVE?

An activation is an experience that brings a collaboration to life beyond a post, in a place, an event or a participative setup. It can be an event, a meet-up, a performance, a launch, a cultural setup or a hybrid activation between content and physical experience. NOWAVE makes sure the artist's role is relevant and that the experience genuinely extends the campaign idea.

  • Can NOWAVE organize an event with an artist?

Yes, NOWAVE can design or coordinate an event when the format, responsibilities and participation terms are clearly defined. The agency can work on the concept, the choice of artist, production, content, communication and the guest experience. The scope depends on the venue, the audience, the rights, safety, the technical setup and the partners already involved.

  • Can an activation combine event, content and influence?

Yes, an activation can bring together a physical experience, produced content and distribution on the artist's or brand's platforms. NOWAVE can design these dimensions as a single setup, with a precise role for each piece of content and each channel. The coherence of the journey matters more than piling up deliverables.

  • How much does a collaboration with a NOWAVE artist cost?

The budget depends on the artist, the deliverables, the production, the rights, exclusivity, the territories and the timeline. There is no single rate that applies to every collaboration. NOWAVE prices the project after qualifying the brief, in order to distinguish creative, organic distribution, production, usage rights, paid media, exclusivity and any additional costs.

  • What rights should be planned for a campaign with an artist?

You need to specify the media, territories, durations, organic and paid uses, as well as any options to edit or reuse the content. A right to publish on the artist's account does not automatically cover reposting, paid advertising, out-of-home, TV, the brand's website or international use. NOWAVE formalizes the planned uses to avoid ambiguous exploitation of the content and image.

  • How does NOWAVE measure a campaign?

Metrics are chosen according to the goal: visibility, attention, engagement, traffic, conversion, content produced or partnership value. An awareness campaign, an editorial activation and a conversion operation are not judged by the same metric. NOWAVE defines the available metrics before launch and places the quantitative results back in their creative, media and commercial context.

  • How do I contact NOWAVE?

Brands and partners can write to `hello@nowave.agency` or use the contact form. Artist applications can be sent to `talents@nowave.agency`. To speed up the study of a campaign, the message should specify the organization, the goal, the budget, the timeline, the deliverables, the rights and any artists being considered. For an application, include a short introduction and direct links to the main content.
